Description:

Produced exclusively in the ancient olive groves of Vinci (Florence) situated 250 metres above sea level. The olive types used include: Maraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino. The crops are harvested by hand and picked before the fruit is fully mature in order to maintain the natural health and aromatic properties of the olive. The olives are cold- pressed within 24 hours of harvesting before being transferred to small inox containers using inert gas to allow the natural settling and conservation of the oil to take place. Before it can be passed by standard legal quality control systems, our oil first undergoes an extra selection process to ensure the highest quality.
